NOTICE
The Town of Mentz Office of Code Enforcement is proposing a new schedule of fees for Zoning Permits , Building permits, Renewals and related fees to be presented to the Town Board for review and vote.
The intent of this proposal is to lower the cost of all permit and application fees due to the current economic conditions. It is also the intent of this proposal to make fees more proportionate to the cost and size of the construction, project or use.
The Residents and Taxpayers of The Town of Mentz, Cayuga County, New York are asked to comment and participate to establish this proposal of new fees to be presented to the Town Board for review and vote.
A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE ADVERTISED AND HELD
A copy of current fees are available at the Town of Mentz Offices during posted hours.
